Published in January 2021, the “Governor’s Dilemma” case researches and investigates into the many forces that shape housing supply in Massachusetts, including zoning, rent control, construction, as well as infrastructure. It will be taught for the first time in Spring 2021 as part of the “Real Estate and Today’s Leader” class, joined by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker.
